Peru’s Costa del Sol Group wins tender to build Lima airport hotels
Peruvian real estate group Costa del Sol has been awarded the design, construction and operation of two hotels at the new terminal of Lima’s Jorge Chávez International Airport (AIJCH).

This private tender was launched by Lima Airport Partners (LAP), the current operator of the AIJCH, and received bids from a number of companies.
Costa del Sol’s winning project consists of the design, construction and operation of a five-star hotel and another three-star hotel in the new terminal.
The five-star hotel will start operating together with the terminal, in January 2025.
The project’s investment is estimated at $50 million.
LAP was advised by its internal team, led by in-house counsel Erika Pereira, and by Peruvian law firm CMS-Grau, whose team was led by partner Carolina Gajate, with associate Carmen Assereto.
Rebaza, Alcázar & De Las Casas advised the Costa del Sol group, with a team led by partner César Luna Victoria, with senior associate Mirko Medic and associate Álvaro Luna Victoria.
