Laura Troiano has been appointed partner of D’Argenio Polizzi e Associati, an Italian boutique law firm specializing in insurance, banking and financial law.
Troiano graduated from the Sacro Cuore University (Milan, Italy) in 2010 and is has been a member of the Busto Arsizio Bar since 2015. She joined D’Argenio Polizzi e Associati in 2010.
Laura Troiano primarily assists insurance companies in cross-border operations, mostly in Luxembourg, France and Ireland, activities that have contributed to increasing the firm’s internationalization. She focuses on insurance litigation and represents companies and businesses operating in the insurance, re-insurance or intermediation industry.
Matteo D’Argenio, the firm’s founder, states “Laura’s appointment is part of internal growing policy which, last year, brought to 25% resources increasing.”
Since the early Sixties, the firm has offered strong expertise in insurance, banking and financial law, to life and non-life insurance companies, intermediaries and banks. In 2015, Andrea Polizzi and his team joined the firm, creating a business-oriented law firm with solid experience in the wide spectrum of insurance and financial law, including litigation and compliance. The firm is based in Milan and is composed of three partners and 13 experienced lawyers.
