New Acquisition related to the South Village real estate project in Luxembourg

The South Village project is a mixed-use 21,000 m2 project located in Howald, Luxembourg, expected to generate more than 200 million euro of turnover and will comprise 128 living units, more than 80 coliving units, a co-working space, 1300 m2 office space, two restaurants and a store.
The South Village project is being developed by Groupe Capelli and, for one of the two plots of land, together with Novaxia.
Banque Internationale à Luxembourg acted as arranger, agent and security agent on the financing provided together with Belfius Bank SA.
BSP the Luxembourg law firm has acted as lead counsel to Banque Internationale à Luxembourg and Belfius Bank SA on the Luxembourg law financing of the acquisition.
BSP’s team was formed of Gaëlle Felly, Partner in tax as well as Nicolas Widung, Senior Counsel as lead lawyer performing the financing part, and 2 other associates.
