NautaDutilh reinforces its IP & Tech Law practice
NautaDutilh Luxembourg has strengthened its IP & Tech team by promoting Carmen Schellekens to counsel.

Carmen specialises in IT, data protection, e-archiving, e-commerce, IP and general commercial law. She assists clients with the drafting of IT contracts and outsourcing arrangements and advises on data protection issues. Carmen also has extensive expertise in trademark proceedings and copyright and trademark advisory work.
She obtained her master's degree in law from the University of Leuven (KUL). She also holds a master's in general management from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School. Carmen was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2011 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2016.
