The new firm is led by managing partner Alan León Chávez. Prior to the launch for the new firm, Alan had worked as legal and compliance counsel at Mexico’s Grupo Jumex for almost seven years, and also held the position of corporate legal counsel at Grupo Modelo, one of Latin America’s largest breweries.

He holds a master’s degree in corporate law from the Universidad del Valle de México, and a law degree from the Universidad Tecnológica de México, and has completed a number of courses on intellectual property, patents and advertising regulations, among others.
