Meissner Bolte Opens in Düsseldorf

On May 1st 2018 IP law firm Meissner Bolte is to open in Düsseldorf/Ratingen. The new business unit will work together with the IP outfit Fitzner & Frese PartGmbB, led by well-established patent attorney and lawyer Uwe Fitzner, who has a good reputation particularly in the fields of chemistry, biochemistry and process engineering. The merger of the two firms will be finalised at the turn of the year.

 

“Through our co-operation with Prof. Fitzner, we are able to render services at Europe's most important Patent Litigation location even more prominently. Meissner Bolte is currently involved in more than 20 proceedings before the Düsseldorf courts. The direct presence on the spot is a clear sign for our national and international clientele, in particular in view of the UPC, " says Tobias Wuttke from Meissner Bolte.

 

With 18 partners and 49 associates, Meissner Bolte Meissner has offices in Munich, Nuremberg, Augsburg, Gera, Schorndorf, Bremen, Egmating, Hamburg and Osnabrueck in Germany, as well as Alicante in Spain and Halifax in the UK.
