Mayer Brown welcomes back employment & benefits partner Vincenzo Feldmann
After spending the past three years at French firm Gide, where he became a counsel, Vincenzo Feldmann has returned to the Mayer Brown fold, as employment & benefits partner at the Paris office of the Chicago headquartered law firm.
By going back to the firm where he made his name advising executives on management packages between 2017 and 2019, Feldmann, who speaks French, English, Italian and Spanish, gives an immediate boost to the global firm’s advisory capacity to founders, directors and other high-level employees.
Feldmann has significant experience with negotiating and structuring benefits packages in the context of large-cap and mid-cap LBO transactions, although his primary focus remains advising executives and management teams on implementing management packages.
In addition, the HEC graduate advises on classic M&A transactions, implementing incentive plans for public companies, negotiating equity packages for CEOs in the process of being recruited and structuring incentive plans for corporates and large industrial groups. He also advises individuals and French or international companies on governance related issues.
Feldmann earned his corporate & tax law masters from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University. Prior to his first spell at Mayer Brown, he worked at Paul Hastings, then at Scotto & Associés.
