Vandenbulke has added three transactional lawyers to its corporate team: Partner Hida Ozveren, and Luis Alberto Aguerre Enríquez and Séamus McCallion, both senior associates.

Together they bring more than 30 years of transactional experience to the firm, having advised international private equity groups, mostly in the US, UK and Latin America, on the Luxembourg market. With these hires, Vandenbulke  has further expanded its international footprint and array of corporate skills.

Corporate Partner Hida Ozveren has more than 14 years of experience in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, and restructuring. She has worked at major several Brussels law firms, including Loyens & Loeff, NautaDutilh and Dentons.

Senior Associate Luis Alberto Aguerre Enríquez is a multilingual Spanish-Uruguayan lawyer. He worked at Arendt & Medernach, before joining Loyens & Loeff. Luis has a strong practice in private equity and real estate transactions, as well as in stock exchange transactions and initial public offerings, and has developed excellent and long-lasting ties with US and Latin American clients.

Senior Associate Séamus McCallion is an Irish lawyer who started his career at Herbert Smith Freehills before joining Loyens & Loeff. Well versed in both common and civil law, this makes him a valuable asset for Vandenbulke when handling the needs of Anglo-Saxon or common law clients.
