With these hires, Vandenbulke has further expanded its international footprint and array of corporate skills.

Senior Associate Luis Alberto Aguerre Enríquez is a multilingual Spanish-Uruguayan lawyer. He worked at Arendt & Medernach, before joining Loyens & Loeff. Luis has a strong practice in private equity and real estate transactions, as well as in stock exchange transactions and initial public offerings, and has developed excellent and long-lasting ties with US and Latin American clients.
Senior Associate Séamus McCallion is an Irish lawyer who started his career at Herbert Smith Freehills before joining Loyens & Loeff. Well versed in both common and civil law, this makes him a valuable asset for Vandenbulke when handling the needs of Anglo-Saxon or common law clients.
