Technology company Joyn Group has completed the €4.5 million acquisition of an office building in Carnaxide, Portugal.
The building will be the Joyn Group’s new Portuguese headquarters, but there will be additional space in the building available for rent.
With an area of 5,300 square metres, the building has two floors of offices, as well as ten charging stations for electric cars, and ten stations for bicycles and electric scooters.
Lisbon law firm Antas da Cunha Ecija advised Joyn Group on the deal. The firm's team was led by partners Joana Cunha d'Almeida and Henrique Moser.
Cunha d'Almeida said the deal proved that, despite the coronavirus pandemic, businesses believe, in economic terms, that a “recovery will be forthcoming".
