With more than 16 years of professional experience in Real Estate Law at Pérez-Llorca, Javier specialises in advising national and international clients on all types of transactions related to the real estate market as well as corporate transactions related to companies from the real estate sector. Javier’s main clients are investment funds, banks, developers, retailers, family offices and industrial/logistic and service companies on all types of transactions related to the real estate market and all kind of assets, including real estate development, divestment and acquisition of real estate assets, sale & leaseback, leasing, joint-venture, financing and mergers and acquisitions.
Muñoz has experience in academia and has already participated as a speaker at Universidad San Pablo-CEU in Madrid and the Real Estate Chair of the Instituto de Práctica Empresarial. He also regularly writes articles for the financial and legal press.
