Israel de Diego joins Dentons Spain
Dentons has added Israel de Diego as a partner at the Madrid office of its corporate and M&A practice. Denton’s capital markets and M&A practices in Spain have both been ranked Highly Recommended by Leaders League. As a corporate lawyer, de Diego has focused on advising companies and private equity funds on domestic and international M&A and capital markets. Prior to joining Dentons, de Diego was a partner at the Spanish firm Araoz & Rueda. Prior to that, he was a partner in the M&A and capital markets practice at Baker McKenzie.
