The IBA appoints Pérez-Llorca´s Adriana de Buerba senior vice chair of the criminal law committee

The International Bar Association has appointed Adriana de Buerba, head of white-collar crime at Spanish law firm Pérez-Llorca, as new senior vice chair of the criminal law committee.

The International Bar Association has appointed Adriana de Buerba, head of white-collar crime at Spanish law firm Pérez-Llorca, as new senior vice chair of the criminal law committee.


Adriana joined Pérez-Llorca in 2008 as head of the white-collar crime practice area, after having worked for ten years as a Public Prosecutor.

She has a broad experience in criminal proceedings regarding corporate crime, tax evasion, labor accidents, fraud, fraudulent conveyance and environmental crime. Adriana is also an expert in corporate compliance matters, especially in the fields of anti-corruption and anti-money laundering and has taken part in a number of corporate internal investigations.
