Guerrero Olivos has advised Empresas Carozzi S.A. (ECSA) in the registration of three series of bonds (Q,R and S series) and further placement of two of those series of bonds (R and S) against the two lines of bonds previously registered on 2017 with the Chilean local financial market commission, former Securities and Exchange Commission (SVS). The $157.5m deal closed on April 12th.
ECSA will be able to use these funds to expand its financing options and finance potential future acquisitions.
