Italian law firm RCCD has announced the arrival of four new professionals.
The first new arrival is a familiar face: Giuliana Durand. She most recently worked at Roedl & Partner and previously was employed by Clifford Chance and Hypo Real Estate Bank. Durand’s expertise will strengthen the firm's position in the banking & finance (particularly in the area of acquisition finance, real estate finance and project finance), restructuring and special situations.
Former Freshfield’s lawyer Eugenio Pizzetti also comes in, as a partner in the Milan office’s litigation department. At Freshfields, he gained solid experience in banking and financial litigation in particular, participating in some of the most important financial derivatives litigation of recent times. He has also built up specific expertise in civil product liability litigation, especially in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.
Silvia Pasqualini joins as counsel, and will mainly be based at the RCCD’s London office, enhancing the firm’s debt capital market division with, in particular, his high yield, LBO, broad spectrum financing and energy expertise.
Finally, the firm's Rome office welcomes Aian Abbas Hagi Hassan, an experienced lawyer from Dentons with in-depth expertise in corporate law, particularly in the field of private equity and M&A, and a focus on corporate finance and leveraged finance transactions.
