Martinez has 20 years of experience in legal labor advice, including the implementation of complex compensation systems, advice on the labor implications of acquisitions, mergers and other operations constituting company succession, as well as the various processes of restructuring workforces, collective bargaining and dispute resolution in the social jurisdiction.
He is also a member of the firm's executive committee together with: Kiko Carrión, litigation partner (LifeScience); Alberto Dorrego, public law partner; Andrés Jiménez, public law partner; and Javier Ibañez, real estate partner.
