IKNITO Legal Marketing & Communications has announced its launch as the first Ecuadorian marketing and communications firm aimed specifically at the legal sector, and which was founded by Maria Fernanda Cornejo, an experienced legal marketing expert.
Cornejo has worked in legal marketing and communication for more than three years, and has more than 10 years’ experience in other areas of communication.She has a double degree in broadcast journalism and consumer economics and a master’s in marketing and digital communication.
After working for one of the most important Ecuadorian law firms as Director of Communications, she decided to start her own venture IKNITO, in order to bring her expertise to other firms at national and international level.
The legal marketing field is little explored in Ecuador, and in many other Latin American nations, according to the press release announcing INKITO’s launch.
“We want to help our clients to embrace these changes, with marketing strategies and communication tools that allow them to stay competitive both domestically and internationally, and in that way concentrate on what they do best, which is being lawyers,” according to Maria Fernanda Cornejo.
“Our methodology is tailored towards the needs of each client, from complete projects such as the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, to specific projects, such as guidance with and preparation of international legal directories,” she adds.
The legal world is constantly evolving in terms of how business is done and how firms communicate with their clients both current and potential, INKITO said in its launch statement.
“Without the right technological tools, it is difficult to reach and in turn bring in new clients.”
IKNITO has already begun to serve clients within its Ecuadorian portfolio and is looking to expand throughout the entire American continent.
“Every year legal firms become more aware of the need to work with businesses specialised in this niche market, with personnel that understand the legal market and not simply knowledge of social networks, the firm says.
