Argentina app developer Drixit Technologies has completed its first investment round, raising capital from a group of private equity funds.
Drixit develops apps allowing companies to monitor safety and security standards in their facilities and track their assets and employees.
Among the private equity funds that participated in the investment round were Globant Ventures, YAVU Ventures and Grupo Murchison.
The round aims to strengthen Drixit’s market position and continue to develop its technology, while optimizing its services and making them more efficient, the company said.
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados counseled Drixit on the investment round, with a team led by partner Manuel Tanoira, with lawyers Dolores Nazar Marzari and Gustavo González Clement.
