DLA Piper Peru Promotes a New Corporate and M&A Partner

Janilú Badiola has been promoted to partner in the corporate and M&A practice of DLA Piper, effective January 1st. The area has seen strong and continual growth over the past few years. Badiola’s promotion takes the total number of partners at the Lima office to 12.


Badiola has been at the firm since the beginning in 2005, starting out as an intern. She is currently in charge of major domestic and cross-border M&A. She advises on corporate and commercial issues, including the incorporation of entities, establishment of branches, corporate governance issues, corporate reorganizations and investment strategies, among others.
