Madrid-headquartered white collar crime boutique Del Rosal & Adame has recruited Iñigo Segrelles de Arenaza, a criminal law professor at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, as a partner.
Segrelles de Arenaza was formerly a white collar crime lawyer at Auren.
As a result of the integration of Segrelles de Arenaza, the firm will now be known as Del Rosal, Adame & Segrelles.
The firm, which has offices in Madrid, Alicante and Bilbao, has expertise in criminal defence, regulatory compliance and internal investigations. It also advises companies on the design and implementation of money laundering prevention plans. In addition, the firm advises businesses on how to establish and manage internal complaints channels, as well as putting in place protocols for conducting internal investigations.
The firm was founded by Bernardo Del Rosal, formerly head of the economic crime department in Clifford Chance’s Madrid office, and Fernando Adame, who was previously managing partner of Bufete Tornos and head of Urraza & Mendieta Abogados’ Madrid office.
