Dario Abrahão Rabay Returns To Cescon Barrieu

In late November, major full-service law firm Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados announced the return of distinguished attorney Dario Abrahão Rabay as its new partner and co-head of the firm's labor law department.
Mr. Rabay holds over 25 years of experience in labor law, with a special focus on stock options plans, employment and benefit agreements and the defense of domestic and foreign companies in Brazilian labor claims, amongst other issues. He has previously worked at distinguished law firms such as Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados and Moura e Pimentel de Mello Advogados.
Academically, Mr. Rabay holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), a Master’s in corporate law from Insper and an LL.M. in labor law from the University of Paris.
