Daniel van Geerenstein named head of legal at Jack Wolfskin

Daniel van Geerenstein has been named head of the legal department at outdoor-clothing and equipment manufacturer Jack Wolfskin. Van Geerenstein will replace Christian Becker, who is moving to ADS.

Daniel van Geerenstein named head of legal at Jack Wolfskin

Prior to his promotion, the 39-year-old served as deputy head of the legal department at the German company, which employs around 1,500 people worldwide. Before joining Jack Wolfskin, van Geerenstein worked for nine years at the German Engineering Federation (VDMA).

Van Geerenstein specializes in antitrust law, intellectual property law and legal issues relating to digitalisation. In his new position, van Geerenstein will lead a team of nine lawyers and report to report to Jack Wolfskin CFO André Grube.

Jack Wolfskin is owned by American golf equipment supplier, Callaway.
