CMS Grau Promotes New Partner in Real Estate Practice Group
Peruvian full-service law firm, CMS Grau, is strengthening its real estate group with the promotion of Franco Soria, one of three new partners at the firm.
Franco joined CMS Grau six years ago as an associate and has broad experience in land acquisition, urban planning, property rights formalization and some issues regarding property clearance; the latter being an important and difficult issue when clearing and liberating lands, which represent a problem for the Peruvian State.
Franco Soria in association with Raúl Rovina and Carolina Gajate will lead the practice in order to respond to the increasing demand for the acquisition of lands to initiate major projects in Peru; with energy, mining, infrastructure and retail projects set to run into national territory.
The real estate practice of CMS Grau works with an extensive interdisciplinary team of professionals such as engineers, architects and designers, among others, which provide technical support and give client-centric service to solve current and future needs.
Raúl Ravina, partner and co-head of CMS Grau’s real estate practice group stated: “Franco’s inclusion is part of the strategy of growth and long-term projection of the practice given his vast knowledge and experience.”
