Baker McKenzie elects new Latin America chair
Global law firm Baker McKenzie has elected Gustavo Boruchowicz Latin America chair, a role he will carry out in addition to his executive committee responsibilities.
Boruchowicz is an M&A partner at the firm and a former managing partner of Baker McKenzie's Buenos Aires office.

He advises foreign and local investors on its investments in Argentina, on corporate, regulatory and commercial structures, combining strong local capabilities with seamless support from colleagues in key international financial centers.
He has also served as an associate professor in the University of Buenos Aires School of Law.
He focuses his practice mainly in the areas of M&As and private equity, and also advises on real estate and general practice issues.
