avocado rechtsanwälte strengthens its Practice Group Intellectual Property, Media and Information Technology with Philipp Ess, who joins the Frankfurt office on February 1, 2023.
Philipp Ess has extensive experience in advising and litigating in patent law, unfair competition law, licensing law and in the prevention and prosecution of industrial espionage. He is an expert in information technology law as well as in commercial and distribution law.
Philipp Ess is a Certified Specialist Attorney for Intellectual Property Law (Fachanwalt für Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz) and a member of the Board of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property in Frankfurt. Before joining avocado rechtsanwälte he worked for Klinkert Rechtsanwälte.
