Belgian law firm Strelia has announced that Sébastien Ryelandt, who was head of Clifford Chance's litigation department in Brussels for 14 years, is set to join the firm.
Ryelandt is known for his expertise in arbitration and litigation, in particular in banking disputes, including disputes related to asset management liability, credit contracts, first demand guarantees and criminal proceedings in the business field. He also deals with general commercial disputes. He is recognized as a leading litigator in the market.
