Argentina’s oil company YPF has made a successful notes issuance, issuing series XXVI notes for a value of $400 million at a 0% interest rate

Argentina’s YPF makes $400m notes issuance

The Series XXVI Notes maturing on September 12th, 2028 are denominated in dollars and will not pay accrued interests.

The Series XXVI Notes were listed on MAE and BYMA.

YPF is dedicated to the exploitation of hydrocarbon products and their derivatives in Argentina.

The company’s stocks are publicly traded both on Argentine local markets as well as on the New York Stock Exchange.

Banco Santander Argentina, Nación Bursátil and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires acted as placement agents for the notes offering.

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised YPF on the issuance, with a team led by partner José María Bazán, with associates Leandro Exequiel Belusci, Branko Serventich and Teo Panich.

YPF’s in-house team was comprised of Paola Garbi, Fernando Gomez Zanou, Valeria Moglia, Francisco Gaspari and Marina Quinteiro.

The placement agents were advised by TCA Tanoira Cassagne, with a team led by partners Alexia Rosenthal, Jaime Uranga, and with associates Ignacio Criado Díaz, Carolina Mercero and Federico Grieben.
