Argentine energy company Capex has successfully concluded an exchange offer of its 6.875% notes due for newly issued 9.250% notes due August 25, 2028.
Capex concluded the exchange offer with a total participation of $197.39 million in aggregate principal amount of notes, representing 82.65% of the aggregate principal amount of notes outstanding.
Capex is engaged in oil and gas exploration and production, production of liquified gas products, in addition to thermal and renewable power generation and hydrogen production.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Santander US Capital Markets LLC acted as dealer and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Santander Argentina S.A. and Banco CMF S.A. acted as local placement agents.
