4Founders launches a new €40m technology fund
Spanish private equity firm 4Founders has launched its second investment vehicle, called 4Founders Capital II, with which it plans to invest in up to 30 technology companies over the next 10 years.

The fund manager, 4Founders Capital, is a closed-end collective investment management company. It is associated with SeedRocket, the first ICT startup accelerator in Spain, founded in 2008.
The management team of 4Founder Capital II is formed by Javier Pérez-Tenessa, Jesús Monleón, Marek Fodor and Marc Badosa.
Cuatrecasas advised 4Founders on the matter, with a team from the Madrid office comprising partner Jorge Canta, along with lawyers Guillem Martínez and Paula Solano.
