The Capital Markets team have extensive experience in structuring financial transactions, advising financial institutions, investment funds and Brazilian and foreign companies on securities issuances in the domestic and international markets, including debentures, commercial papers, financial notes and bonds; structuring of domestic and international financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, project finance and trade finance; structuring securitization transactions of trade, real estate, financial and agribusiness receivables, acting since the review of the credits origination process to the issuance of securitization fund shares, debentures, real estate or agribusiness receivables certificates; and structuring of investment funds in general and their shares public offerings.
Monteiro Rusu advises local and international financial institutions, credit agencies and borrowers on all forms of financing transactions, corporate loans, structured deals, trade finance and export pre-payments, among others. Monteiro Rusu also advises local and international financial institutions, portfolio managers and local and foreign investors on matters related to regulatory and self-regulatory in the Brazilian financial market, including: assisting in the incorporation of financial institutions, portfolio managers and other entities whose activities are regulated by regulatory and/or self-regulatory entities of the Brazilian financial market; advising on compliance requirements presented by regulatory and self-regulatory entities of the Brazilian financial market and on administrative proceedings held by such entities; and regulatory advice on transactions intended and/or conducted by its clients.
