The team has participated in the constitution, M&A activity and corporate reorganization of several financial entities and insurance companies. The firm advised American Tower Corporation in the acquisition of 3242 telecommunication towers pertaining to grupo Entel Chile and Peru. It is currently representing Sacyr Concesiones on the development of an important highway.
