Labour Law

Active in all legal issues related to human resources management and Luxembourg labour law, our team is assisting our clients in all situations, from their day-to-day management to their representation before Luxembourg courts when a dispute arises.

We provide advice from the hiring process, by drafting labor agreements, to the dismissal process, by negotiating termination contracts or out-of-court settlement agreements.

We also have a broad knowledge of corporate life, assisting for staff delegations questionings, the drafting of employee benefit schemes, human resources policies, subcontracting contracts etc. We liaise with our IP/IT department to offer the best counselling for data protection, teleworking and any policies or procedures related to GDPR or the use of technologies.

Our department is renowned for its ability to represent its clients before Luxembourg court, notably for alleged unfair dismissal.
