Mastering privatization and public-private partnerships, he has been actively involved in issues relating to concessions, water, logistics and transportation. Specialized in business law, Mohamed Kammoun has a particular expertise in investment law, corporate and commercial law, tax law, public law, M&A, restructuring and insolvency. Mohamed Kammoun practice also includes other specific sectors such as distribution and competition law.
