The team assists software and hardware companies in the negotiation of inbound and outbound licenses, technology/IP assignment agreements, research and development agreements, SaaS contracts, OEM agreements, software development agreements, outsourcing agreements, public-founded consortia, patent pools, IP monetization programs and strategic alliances.

The firm assists its clients on strategy and regulatory compliance, including auditing, implementing internal data protection policies, conducting data protection impact assessments, and negotiating agreements with data controllers or data processors for GDPR compliance. Constantin and his team advise as IP counsel on merger & acquisition transactions, including IP due diligence, IP representations and warranties, IP indemnities and relevant disclosure schedules. Recently, the firm advised a French client for the sale of its Silicon-IP business to a US company. The sale completed in December 2019 for 65 million dollars.
