Constantin and his team advise as IP counsel on merger & acquisition transactions, including IP due diligence, IP representations and warranties, IP indemnities and relevant disclosure schedules. Recently, the firm advised a French client for the sale of its Silicon-IP business to a US company. The sale completed in December 2019 for 65 million dollars.
