Our compliance service encompasses the identification and analysis of risks within the company’s activities related to corruption, money laundering and white-collar crimes. We assist our clients in the design and implementation of compliance programs with a fully integrated service that includes not only the design of a compliance manual or program but also the full developing of all of the necessary controls, procedures and protocols in order to duly prevent the company’s exposure which set us aside from the usual services that are provided in the local market. With a unique team comprised of both lawyers and industrial engineers, our practice also implements compliance programs according to the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system standard.
