CastaldiPartners is a multiservice boutique with a special focus on international arbitration and international litigation.
The team was founded in 1996 and led by Alexis Mourre until his appointment as the President of the International Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce. Our lawyers have been involved as counsel or arbitrators in more than 300 international arbitrations (including ad hoc, CAIP, CAM, ICC, LCIA, SCC, VIAC, etc.) for a an amount of about 2 billion euros in a wide range of sectors, including construction, energy, and telecom.
We have significant experience in complex litigation cases implying parallel proceedings before multiple jurisdictions, and different sets of private international law rules.
This allows us to assist our clients through out the dispute: from pre litigation negotiations to the arbitral and litigation proceedings to the post decision and post award phase. We appear before national courts in relation to the annulment, recognition and execution of arbitration awards. We also assist our clients in ADR mechanisms and in particular mediation, both institutional and ad hoc.
Our ability to operate in several languages (English, French, Italian, Spanish and Russian), combined with the admission of several of our lawyers to different Bars and our network in multiple countries, is key to an efficient and effective legal advice.
