White Bridge Investments II Acquires 100% of the Share Capital of Cirelli La Collina Biologica S.r.l.

White Bridge Investments II, a private equity fund focused on Italian excellence, announces the acquisition – through its subsidiary Tenuta Ulisse S.r.l. – of the entire share capital of Cirelli La Collina Biologica S.r.l., an Abruzzo-based winery renowned for its organic wine production and innovative approach to sustainable wine tourism.

Founded by Francesco Cirelli, the company has built a solid international reputation over time, thanks to a production philosophy focused on quality, respect for nature, and a unique wine tourism offering. Through this transaction, White Bridge aims to further enhance and grow the presence of Cirelli La Collina Biologica S.r.l. in international markets, while also expanding the hospitality experiences that are already highly appreciated by visitors.
