Takler acquires 100% of Autocar Tecnologie and Autocar Distributions

Takler Group — a metalworking company specialized in the production and marketing of accessories for industrial vehicles — acquired 100% of Autocar Tecnologie and Autocar Distributions, two companies active in the production and distribution of systems for trucks, trailers, and, more broadly, body components and structural kits for commercial vehicles. This transaction further strengthens Takler’s presence in the domestic market, following its previous acquisition of Sira, completed in Veneto in 2022.

Takler Group was supported by lawyers Gabriele Ramponi, Francesco Mirizzi, Erika Mazzucotelli, and Claudio Asciolla of Gianni & Origoni, as well as by Vincenzo Chiaia and Christian De Simone from EY for financial matters, and Giuseppe Bracciodieta of ETX for tax aspects. The transaction also involved the internal Takler team, coordinated by General Manager Domenico Lorusso and CFO Giuseppe Simunno.

The sellers were advised by lawyer Antonio Pallavicini on legal aspects and Dr. Marco Filippini on financial matters. The transaction was notarized by Margherita Vanoli, Notary Public in Brescia.
