Spanish IP firm Abril Abogados merges with Italy's Jacobacci & Partners

Spanish law firm Abril Abogados is to merge with its Italian countepart Jacobacci & Partners to form a specialist intellectual property and trademarks firm called Jacobacci Abril.
The merged entity will have 110 professionals and around 350 employees working in 16 offices in Spain, France, Italy and Switzerland.
Prior to the merger, Abril Abogados had 40 staff working in offices located in Madrid, Valencia, Murcia, Barcelona and Vigo.
In 2018, Abril Abogados' revenue totaled €4.5 million.
Jacobacci & Partners currently has offices in Turin, Milan, Roma, Paris and Madrid.
Abril Abogados was founded in 2001 by partner Ignacio Temiño Ceniceros (pictured, left).
Jacobacci & Partners was founded by Fabrizio Jacobacci (pictured, right).
