Röko, a Swedish listed company, has acquired a majority stake in ITIB Machinery International (“IMI”), with the sellers assisted by Biscozzi Nobili & Partners.

Röko, a Swedish listed company, has acquired a majority stake in ITIB Machinery International (“IMI”), with the sellers assisted by Biscozzi Nobili & Partners.

IMI, a long-established company in the manufacturing of machinery for corrugated pipes and now operating on a global scale, specializes in the design and construction of corrugators and auxiliary equipment for plastic extrusion. The current management will retain a 25% stake in the company’s share capital.

Founded in 2019, Röko is a Swedish long-term investment company focused on small and medium-sized European enterprises across various sectors. This transaction represents Röko’s first investment in the Italian market.

LMCR advised Röko, acting with a team led by Elmar Zwick and composed of Francesco Bernardi, Alberto Colucci and Antonio Carlucci.

The sellers were assisted by Biscozzi Nobili & Partners, with a team led by partner Aldo Bisioli and comprising lawyers Edoardo Mörlin and Luisa Galeotti.
