RiseLex launches as new independent firm focused on structured finance and cross-border deals

RiseLex has officially launched as a new independent boutique law firm specialising in structured finance and cross-border investment operations. Founded by Mino Pennetta, the firm enters the market with a team of 17 professionals operating between Italy and the United Kingdom, focusing on high-value and technically complex financial transactions.

With operational bases in Milan and London, RiseLex covers a geographical scope that extends across Italy, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, and Cyprus.
