RefSystems joins the Syclef Group

RefSystems, a leading company in the large-scale retail refrigeration sector across Northern Italy, has joined the group headed by Syclef Italia, a company controlled by Syclef Holding SAS, a French group and international leader in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

The management team composed of Roberto Porcu and Andrea Balzarotti, together with technical directors Michele Bianchi and Angelo Lanzafame, has confirmed its continued involvement in the company’s ownership structure, maintaining their managerial roles in the operational management of the business.

This transaction is fully aligned with the Syclef Group’s European growth strategy, aimed at creating a federation of companies with strong technical expertise, deep local roots, and shared values of operational excellence, customer service, on-the-ground commitment, and energy transition.

Syclef Holding was assisted on the legal aspects of the transaction by Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners (CRCCD), with a team led by partner Valentina Dragoni and comprising managing associate Giulia Martino and associate Adriano Facchini, and on the financial aspects by Alessandro Bonino of Newinvest Corporation.
