Qualitas Funds launches first fund of funds program following P10 integration

Qualitas Funds, founded by Eric Halverson and Sergio García Huertas, has announced the successful first closing of Qualitas Funds VII, its inaugural fund of funds program, following its integration into global alternative asset manager P10 in April 2025.

This new vehicle will continue to execute the firm’s well-established investment strategy, focusing on European lower mid-market funds that invest in businesses with strong growth potential and limited downside risk.

Based in Madrid, Qualitas Funds SGEIC is a leading private markets investment platform offering access to fund of funds and direct co-investment opportunities across Europe. The firm currently manages approximately €1.2 billion in assets, supported by a diversified investor base of over 1,300 clients.

The launch of Qualitas Funds VII reflects the firm’s commitment to delivering long-term value to investors and expanding its footprint in the European private equity space.

The structuring and first closing of the fund was advised by Addleshaw Goddard, with a team led by partner Isabel Rodríguez, Head of the Funds practice in Spain, and supported by senior associate Enrique Torné and associate Enrique Aparicio.
