Luis Miguel has worked as an associate lawyer at Caro & Asociados, as well as serving as a lawyer for the Ad Hoc Prosecutor's Office on the Fujimori-Montesinos cases.

In addition, he has served as a senior partner at Abeo Abogados, a firm specializing in the management of vehicle accident and property damage cases.

Luis Miguel holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
