Paraguay’s Altra Legal adds partner to head litigation practice

Federico has more than 18 years of experience in the judicial and procedural fields, Federico will contribute his extensive experience and strategic knowledge in the resolution of complex disputes.

He graduated with honors from the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción and   holds a master's degree in Civil Procedural Law from Columbia University in the US.

Throughout his career, he has complemented his training with advanced courses in civil procedural law, evidentiary law, administrative law, and constitutional law, among others.

His professional experience includes key positions in the Judiciary, where he served as Judicial Clerk in the Civil and Commercial Appeals Court (Fifth Chamber) for more than a decade, and since 2021 as Deputy Attorney General in the Attorney General's Office.

He has also practiced in law firms and legal aid organizations, developing procedural and litigation strategies in highly complex cases.

In his new role at Altra Legal, Federico will lead the litigation practice, focusing exclusively on defending clients' interests in court, designing high-impact conflict resolution strategies that guarantee solid and effective results.
