Olyos Group acquires Somatoline brand from Manetti & Roberts

Olyos Group, an international player in the natural health sector and the fifth-largest operator in the French food supplement market, has acquired Somatoline. The historic Italian dermocosmetics brand was previously held by Manetti & Roberts, a subsidiary of the Bolton Group.

Through this acquisition, Olyos reinforces its presence in the dermocosmetics industry. The group aims to leverage strategic commercial and operational synergies to accelerate its expansion within the Italian and European markets.

De Berti Jacchia assisted Olyos Group on all legal and tax profiles of the transaction. The multidisciplinary team was coordinated by partner Claudio Corba Colombo, alongside senior associate Benedetta Mazzotti, for the corporate M&A workstream. Partners Antonella Terranova and Pietro Meda managed the administrative and pharmaceutical regulatory aspects, respectively. Intellectual property matters were handled by partner Andrea Terragni, while tax and labour law profiles were managed by partners Tiziana Zona and Gaspare Roma.
