Norton Rose Expands in Australia

Norton Rose Fulbright has expanded its international presence by merging with Australian law firm Henry Davis York.

After a successful period operating in partnership, the international firm and Henry Davis York formalized their merger in December. The merged firm now operates in Australia under the Norton Rose Fulbright banner. The Australian firm's forty-five lawyers will work with Norton Rose's professionals in all areas of finance and healthcare for clients in Australia and Asia-Pacific.

Present in Australia since 2010 through partnerships with local law firms, Norton Rose Fulbright now operates in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Recently, the firm stepped up its program of international growth by combining with Canadian firm Bull Housser.
