Montoya & Guzmán Napurí Mergers with Santiváñez Antúnez Abogados

Peruvian law firm Montoya & Guzmán Napurí Abogados, which specializes in public law, private investment and infrastructure, has announced its to merge with Santiváñez Antúnez Abogados, a law firm boutique specializing in high complexity litigation and controversies.

The new firm named Guzmán Napurí & Santiváñez Abogados, will have a staff of over 30, will assist clients in civil litigation, criminal procedures, constitutional disputes, litigation and arbitration areas, as well as in labor, government, infrastructure, corporate, finance and investments, APPs and compliance.

 

The new firm will add four new partners: Christian Guzmán Napurí has broad experience in public law. A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, he holds a master’s degree in constitutional law in the aforementioned university.

 

Juan José Santiváñez Antúnez specializes in litigation and controversies. A graduate of San Martin de Porres University, he holds a master’s degree from the California Western School of Law, as well as a master’s degree in political action and citizen participation from the Francisco de Vitoria University in Spain.

 

Alfonso Garces Manyari has extensive experience in the public sector, having served in several public entities. A graduate of San Martín de Porres University, he holds a master’s degree in economics, regulation and competition from Universidad de Barcelona, as well as a master’s degree in civil and commercial law from Federico Villarreal University.

 

Gustavo Lino Adrianzén Olaya is widely experienced in human rights. A graduate of the University of Lima, he holds a master’s degree in administration and public management from INAP Madrid.
