Milan Central Station to Host Its First High-End Hotel Under Pacini Group Management

Pacini Group S.p.A. will develop a high-profile luxury hospitality project within Milan Central Station, marking the first hotel of this kind inside the iconic transport hub.

The initiative, promoted and developed by Grandi Stazioni Retail, marks a historic milestone for the Milan hub: for the first time, one of the city’s most iconic buildings will host an upscale hotel, as part of a broader urban regeneration plan aimed at enhancing railway real estate assets.

Pacini Group was selected as the operational partner for the management and commercialisation of the property following a competitive process coordinated by Cushman & Wakefield, which involved the participation of more than 15 international hospitality players. The project aims to combine the station’s architectural identity with a contemporary hospitality offering tailored to an international business and leisure clientele.

The LCA Studio Legale team advised Pacini Group on the transaction and included Elsa Gentile, David Ascarelli and Gianmarco Pacini, who handled the complex contractual framework required to integrate a high-end hospitality function within a unique and constrained infrastructure setting.
