“His deep expertise in corporate, infrastructure and financial law will significantly enhance SLLM’s capabilities,” the firm said.
Samuel holds a degree in law and a postgraduate degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, in addition to a diploma in banking and financial law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
For his part, José Bernardo Rodríguez brings to SLLM over 23 years of experience in the private sector, including pivotal roles as general counsel for multinational companies and startups, and extensive experience in US and international law.
He holds a law degree from the Universidad Panamericana and a diploma from the Southwestern Institute for American and International Law, and which SLLM says positions him as an invaluable asset to the firm.
“We are thrilled to welcome Samuel and José to our team,” Victor J. López Martínez and Diego A.
