Melo Alves appoints Ana Major as Senior International Consultant

Melo Alves has announced the integration of Ana Major as senior international consultant.

Born in Angola, Ana Major is a lawyer with extensive and reputable professional experience in international oil and gas contracts and transactions and labor, tax, commercial and compliance matters.

She has a successful professional career which includes senior roles as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TAAG and Legal Director of the Southern Africa business unit of the multinational Chevron. She previously worked at ENSA, Angola's national insurance company, as a legal consultant and as Outside Counsel at Miranda & Associados.

Ana Major holds a Law Degree from Agostinho Neto University and Business Law from the University of California.
